"We thoroughly enjoyed our week here; the owners were very welcoming and helpful and the cottage itself is cosy, stylish and well appointed. It's a very quiet location and our three year-old greatly enjoyed seeing the chickens and vegetable garden. We would recommend Norwich Castle for children, also Southwold is gorgeous and you should catch the 1950s green bus 'Olive' which goes from the pier every 30 minutes. A £3 ticket lasts all day and the driver and conductor were wonderfully kind and helpful. Loddon is great to walk around and there is a nice circular walk. A very positive experience all round!"

"Just returned from a most relaxing stay at Stubbs Barn. We all really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the welcome touches of fresh bread, jam and fresh eggs from your chickens just added to our stay. The barn has been beautifully restored and has everything you need right at hand. Nothing is complicated - a real 10 out of 10! We really enjoyed the area and made the most of your nearby location to Norwich - great shopping, lots of independent shops, along with all the well known and eating out places - top tip - get the Park and Ride in from Harford which is very efficient. Great tip for children of all ages is to visit Norwich Castle - lots for them to do and very interactive - we spent over three hours inside for £7! We have a three year-old and he loved it.
Good beaches at Lowestoft, and Southwold and Walberswick were our favourites. Oulton Broad has good boat trips to see the Broads. Ventured up to Wells-next-the-Sea and Burnham Market. Enjoyed Cambridge too, which was a good day trip out. We will be booking to stay again next year - many thanks for your warm hospitality"

"Arrived at the barn to be welcomed with a tray of fresh bread, eggs, milk, cereal and jam. The owners, Martin and Jane, could not have made our stay more welcoming. The barn itself is spotlessly clean and well equipped for everything you could need. Very quiet, private and peaceful, great place to relax. It only took us two OAPs 15min to walk into Loddon, where you can get great fish and chips as well as a good sit down meal from The White Horse and a pint from The Angel. The bus stop is five minutes from the barn, where you can easily to into Norwich and Beccles. We would highly recommend Stubbs Barn."

"A well converted and exceedingly well fitted out and furnished barn; clean, comfortable and well presented. One of the best properties that we have rented in the UK. The owners could not do more to ensure a pleasant stay. This area of England has many beautiful towns and villages and this property makes an ideal base for exploring."

"This converted barn is a great place to stay, it is clean and spacious. The couple are friendly people who are there to help is you need it. I would recommend this converted barn to anyone who is looking for a quiet rural area place to stay."
