The barn is set in seven acres of paddocks and gardens and your hosts, Martin and Jane, offer you warm welcome to enjoy the surroundings and local wild life.  With easy access to the Norfolk Broads, the Suffolk Coast and the City of Norwich, Stubbs Barn is also within easy walking distance of the village of Loddon.  The village has pubs, cafes and shops and well as all the necessary facilities, such as post office and doctors. There are plenty of footpaths, offering easy walking in the South Norfolk Countryside.
 

Stubbs Barn Cottage

With large south facing windows, this property has a light and airy open plan living area.  With two bedrooms, it can sleep up to four people.  The Cottage has its own private garden and parking area.
 

The Loft

With a large open plan living area and cosy double bedroom, the Loft offers upstairs self-contained accommodation, again with its own out-door seating and parking area.

Both properties are available to rent individually or together for an extended family holiday or break with friends.

The Flower Field

Stubbs Barn is set in seven acres of gardens, orchard and paddocks.  There are chickens, ducks and two appiaries.  As well as the formal gardens, there is a large kitchen garden and a cut flower garden.  Seasonal produce including  eggs, flowers, honey and preserves is available from the gate or by arrangement.
